Fascia Rolling, Yoga and Nidra
Learn and practice self-massage techniques using tennis balls and foam rollers to help relieve tension in the myofascial layer of your body; releasing points of stuck fascia, stuck energy, and creating softness and ease. We'll incorporate breathing techniques and a few all-levels deep stretch yoga postures to enhance the experience. This workshop will end with a guided Yoga Nidra (deep yogic sleep meditation) which will allow you to fully relax into your body, mind and spirit, and allow your nervous system and whole body to absorb the benefits of the fascia rolling and yoga. You'll leave feeling like you've just been through a super-charged deep tissue massage, and with a more easeful range-of-motion and relaxed state-of-mind. Open to anyone and everyone!
