Deep Stretch and Yoga Nidra

The first half of this class includes breathing exercises and all levels yoga postures for deep stretching and enhanced alignment. The second half is a guided Yoga Nidra (deep yogic sleep meditation) to fully relax into your body, mind and spirit, and allow your nervous system to absorb the practice. Teacher: Krista Davis, ERYT-500 YACEP; counts as 1.5 contact hours for Yoga Alliance Continuing Ed. Investment: $20 ($15 Early Bird before 12/24)
